I have had my BT Infinity installation for over a month now, and while initially it was fine, in the last 2 weeks the speed has been dropping to unusable levels in the evening. I get 40mbps speeds all day, but from 7pm it goes down to about 3mbps!! This is exactly when I want to use the service, and it is not acceptable as is not usable.
I have called BT India support team and all they can do is book an engineer. Clearly there is nothing 'wrong' per se with the setup as during the day it's fine.
Please help me resolve this as it's so frustrating!

You find yourself in a very large boat here unfortunately.
Despite acknowledging that my exchange is over subscribed the India team just keep sending out engineers who confirm there is nothing wrong with your wiring and it goes in a never ending circle.
4 weeks on and tonight at 7pm 1mb down and 1mb up and another engineer being sent out Friday (this one a specialist broadband engineer, the previous ones were what).
This is an all common story across the internet and I have a good relationship with the guy monitoring my case from BT complaints, he opened up today that they are all very depressed over there because the number of complaints is increasing month after month.
Can see no such 'contact the mods' link I'm afraid. What else can you suggest?
Honestly, there is no contact the mods link. I've searched for 'mods' on page = 0 hits
Oh my god - this is so frustrating!!!
There is no contact the mods page. 3 Engineers have now planned to come. I have taken days off work, they have all cancelled because they do a line check and it's fine. However I've tried to tell them that it's always fine during the day, it's the evening thats the problem. But they cannot seem to understand this.
