Why is it that when you raise a fault with BT and give them your contact i.e mobile number they still continue to ring your home line when your not at home. Twice yesterday and once this morning and as soon as I answered this morning they just hung up. Plus last night they left a message that they would ring back on my number off choice (which was my mobile that is alway with me) and the time which was between 3pm and 6pm which have not been the case either. If this is so important and they want to ring the wrong number why not just leave a message as to what they want on my answer machine instead off leaving a message saying they will ring back in 4 hours when I wont be home either?
