Thanks for all of your feedback on this issue. Good to see that some of you are no longer experiencing any problems.
The service status page was updated to confirm that there are some problems in the Northern Ireland area at the moment for some customers on BT Infinity, particularly at peak times. We are working on this so please do keep an eye on the service status page for updates.

My connection has been doing this now for almost 2 months and its really annoying. We phoned BT and they said nothing seems to wrong with our connection. When i play Call of Duty online during the day and watch youtube videos at 1080p at the same time it doesnt lag or buffer, but at night at about 5 i get lag spikes on COD and i cant watch videos on youtube at 240p without it buffering. 😞
This has been happening to me 4 months. I raised it with BT and requested for a complaint to be raised and to have me reimburse for a service which they are not providing. only getting 12% of download speed.
This is to be happy for hundreds of people and to be honest I think it's been done on purpose by BT. Time to move to a new supplier one thinks (Virgin media):smileywink:
