I appreciate broadband speeds drop during peak periods, but can someone from BT please explain how my infinity broadband drops from 30Mb at 3pm to 1Mb or less at 9pm. Without a calculator, that is a drop of over 90% (I can't even load BT's own speed checker website, as it times out!), yet my bill doesn't drop to reflect this (that is sarcasm, I'm too smart to think BT have any form of good customer relations). This isnt a one off occurrence, its every night. I have problems with my BT vision box, now broadband problems.....of how I wish I had stayed with Sky!!!
if you have a hh5 can you go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and post stats
