Is 011448983469 a BT Openreach number? I got a call saying they had had reports my internet wasn't working properly. When I said it was working fine, the caller said thanks for clearing that up and put the phone down.

In all probability this is a scam call as OpenReach do not call you direct.

Nor is there a company called BT Openreach.
