BT Order Activation?

Hi, today is my broadband activation day and I set up the hub and and the broadband is working fine. However, on my account it seems the order is still incomplete and this means that features like BT Parental Controls are off by default. This is problematic as I have young kids in the house.

I would expect your order to be closed now activation has happened probably in next couple of days as system is updated
