Do you have any extension sockets, if so, do any of them have dial tone on them?
Leave things in the test socket for now.
There are no extension sockets.
It probably best if one of the moderators look at this from the BT end, as they can get better performance information.
I will ask one of them.
It could be the home hub itself causing the disconnections, but without a different router to try, its going to be difficult to prove.
Some forum members have mentioned this, and have tried a different VDSL router and found that the disconnections stop.
