Been like this for 2 weeks, another engineer coming tomorrow...I've tried noisy line test and all is ok.
Get this in the logs:
Unfortunately not, engineer was due this morning but got the good old email saying that BT had tested the line speed and all was good, fault was closed.
So re-opened fault, engineer due back tomorrow if this visit it not cancelled.
Previous engineer did say a fault on the line 'double tap' but was unable to locate the source....it maybe require a 30 m trench through the garden to lay a new line
