Since I moved to Halo 900, with a new Home Hub 2, I can't use the BT Speed Tester. It launches from the HH2 menu, I login to my account, start the test and then get the following message: -
We couldn't test your speed
We can't see your Hub online so we're not able to run a speedtest for you at the moment.
I f I try the ''Test your connection option", that also fails.
I've tried several times over a few weeks and the result is consistent. Speedest and Fast work fine. Broadband connection seems OK at around 850/110.
Any ideas?

No, don't think so.
That test cannot work on an FTTP connection.
Not sure if Halo 900 is FTTP, but if it is surely the error message should say that?
A 900mb connection speed is definitely FTTP
