BT - The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with
Booked an engineer to come and re-route master socket early August. First appointment cancelled, then re-booked.
Then date changed again. Engineer came (Kelly Communications) did job, and left. 1 hour later, Infinity Fibre 1 died. Been **bleep** ever since. Took two weeks of phone calls and webchats for someone to inform me that they had accidently cancelled fibre broadband on my line. Am now being told by this appalling company that they cannot get it reconnected until 3 October. Is this really how BT treats its customers? One who has been a customer for over 20 years?
