Recently I got the normal Ultrafast fibre - works as expected.
When it was installed the engineer said I could actually get a faster connection, I did not realise when I ordered that there was more than one option.
I placed an order to upgrade to the Ultrafast 2, I got a text from BT to say they were activating it but nothing further.
My speed has remained the same - I have tried to restart my router a couple of times.
Any ideas as to how long the upgrade shouls take?

First stop restarting the hub as it will affect your connection.
Ehter your phone number HERE and post the result. Remove phone number before posting.
Post the hub stats. Advanced settings/technical log.

This has sorted itself today, got the same text from BT this morning - but this time my router reconnected with a higher sync rate.
All good so far, loving the extra speed - 330/50 🙂
