That's a great result, I'm glad the engineer has done a good job repairing your connection.
I've ran a few checks on your line and its looks really good at the moment with no drop out following the visit.
Just thought I'd round this off with a final update. Two weeks later and the connection has only dropped once (and it was a local area power cut that caused it!) Download now sitting comfortably at 56mb/sec and upload at 10.2mb/sec.
