BT broadband painfully slow

I don't know what is wrong with my broadband connection today but it's ridiculously slow. I started downloading a file that is 137 MB in size about 10 minutes ago and I'm still only 46 MB into the download. I did a broadband speed check and said I was downloading at 29 MB. Not sure what is going on but it's running as slow as an asthmatic ant, carrying heavy shopping

@Penn

In order to find out what services and speed range you should be getting, please enter your phone number into this form.
Broadband availability checker

Please remember to edit out your phone number before you post the results.

Can you please provide the connection information from the home hub?

If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.  Click Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’

Can you also provide the results from this test.

https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

This must be done with a computer connected to the home hub using a direct Ethernet cable.

Re: BT broadband painfully slow

sorry, exactly what specific bits of information are you looking for? I've opened up my Smart Hub and am looking in the technical log section.
