Hi as usual BT customer service has no clue... All great must be your router / modem combo? You are not using the original hub. Sure until 7pm all works flawlessly then suddenly it decides to go slowly. See below screenshot so much for mending it (not). Will either change provider or start the executive email route that worked the last couple of times...
