I’m an existing bt telephone customer and want to get broadband. Ordering online I get options for fibre essential or fibre one for my address. However it only seems to let me proceed without error for essential. Why doesn’t it let me order fibre 1?
Adsl filters ? Do these come with the kit. I have the old style single socket bt connectors and from what I see it means I need these as extra.
worried about it changing my phone package. I have unlimited evening and weekend calls currently but trying to order this seems to be changing phone package to pay as you go 20p minute for all calls for no charge, 700 minutes for 7 pounds. Why can’t I keep my current phone package ?
