11 days ago BT without any notice or approval from me cancelled my broadband and BT Sport. No issue with payment pay DD in advance. Phoned them half a dozen times and still can’t tell my why this was cancelled or when will be put back on! After 11 days this seem rather ridiculous that BT haven’t sorted this, or can even say when they will fix it. 11 days with no service mobile data has already cost me a small fortune and can’t use services that rely on WiFi such as Netflix / Sky q multi screen and other functions useless. What are paying customer supposed to do? Any help as to where I can escapists this to get it fixed much appreciated.
