BT closed my account by mistake, now I have no telephone or broadband for nearly three weeks
Yesterday, BT mistakenly cancelled my account, leaving me without digital telephone or broadband. Living in an area with poor mobile signal means I have to drive for a few minutes to get a connection. Both broadband and phone are essential for work and communication with family overseas. I contacted customer support, who advised me to open a new account, which would take two to three days to process. However, when we went through the process, we were informed that the new account wouldn’t be operational for around three weeks. Could anyone please help me resolve this issue?
