Hi hashemfouad,

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

Are you a FTTP customer by any chance?

Thanks

Matt

Ring the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787. The mods here cannot deal with FTTP issues.

Re: BT connection

Hi

Yesterday i called BT customer services, and i was very disappointed, they said that my connection is working fine, and open-reach technician reported that connection is working, however, we showed him that specific websites do not open, or opens and dosent download pictures, like Instagram, Pintrest, Whats-app, in addition that X Box shows connected to Wifi, but when my son starts the game it is actually not connected.

They said they cannot do anything about it because no faults are visible, and they closed the ticket.

Now, i tried something i read on google, to install a free VPN, on mobile phones, and when i did that, it worked and apps like instagram and whatsapp, Snapchat worked properly!!! I am not an expert, so i dont know what is the exact problem. Still i have the major problem that i cannot connect my work laptop & the Xbox!!

Any ideas how it can be solved?

Thank you all
