Have ran multiple speed test's,Speedtest/BT wholesale/BT line test/Braodband speed checker.
ALl of them are at 39mbps which is far below what we was told and have had since install,Changed to 39 recently to no avail. Far to slow and was even getting far higher with previous provider on a lower package.
ANy issues/Maintainence we should know about or any fault's in the RG18 area?Not worth the price if it's stuck at 39....

Can yourun a speed test at BT Wholesale again and click on the Further Diagnostics after the first test? Post back the FULL results.
Could you please post the helpdesk section stats from your HomeHub which is located under the troubleshooting section. Also are these speed tests being conducted via a wired eithernet connection?
