BT junction Box issues when raining?

Go to solution

hello

Just notice outside my property that the junction bt box has collapsed as the lid comes off and not nice inside so I was just wondering where I report this? Could this also explain the problem I get when my internet goes down in heavy rain?   IMG_0305.JPG

When Openreach attend they will only make the area safe by erecting some guards around the damaged box. The engineer will then fill out some paperwork that will start the process off to replace the damaged joint box.
They would not be looking for any issues you have with your Broadband.
That would need to be reported to your comms provider, not direct to Openreach.

Pah, **bleep** guarding it off and filling out paper work.

I’d just fill the **bleep**er in with that mud and those stone and reclassify it as a Buried Joint.
