@wsljohnson on the availability checker that you've posted the results from there should be a paragraph underneath the table explaining that the cabinet is full. When it's available it will update to let you know an order can be placed.
The text below the table doesn't appear to mention that:

When I enter my neighbour's number it says that fibre is available.
Does this make sense? Is there anything more I can do?

Hi @wsljohnson Just to let you know that Openreach have corrected the address records now but that it can take 3-4 working days for this to filter through to other systems. I'll check again early next week and update you then
