Re: BT suffering DNS problems once again?

Yep one called me today and sent me a link to check my DNS settings on all my devices. Utter waste of time and didn't listen to anything I had to say about this clearly being a wider issue. The article wasn't even relevant.

Waiting for them to get back to me again

Re: BT suffering DNS problems once again?

Looks like no update? Agree this is more likely a node (217.41.xxx.xxx , 213.120.xxx.xxx etc) issue based on net tracers. Please would one of the mods update us on this forum board.

Re: BT suffering DNS problems once again?

BT appear to think all their issues have been resolved according to sites and messages posted but nothing has changed for me and my neighbours - still VERY slow. Speedtest shoes .3 mbps download when normally close to 70.

Re: BT suffering DNS problems once again?

I'm glad this isn't an isolated incident, probably since Saturday I have been having issues. The BBC Iplayer is struggling on the ps4 (wired) and PS3 wireless, apps and games are slow on the phones, I've restarted the router, even checked the devices in the HH3 manager to make sure someone wasn't **bleep** my infinity connection, yet if I run the bt speed test and speedtest.net it hit's my 53 meg connection fine. I'm in Ashford, Kent
