I have BT infinity and over the past week the speed has dropped by around 50% on upload and 30% down on downloads, I contacted BT last week and was given a "fault reference number" but when i try to view the status of this on https://support.bt.com/track/fault/ I just get the loading bouncing balls and if I view the browser console i get errors with scripts not being loaded or other script errors.
In Firefox (windows 10) i get these errors:

In Chrome and Edge it is simular loading issues. I am using a BT hub 5 and i have reset it to factory defaults but the pages still refuse to load.
Has anyone else had this issue with the BT support pages?

I contacted bt again via webchat and it seems the first person I spoke to didnt log the problem in your fault management software. I now have an engineer coming out next week to hopefully fix the broadband.
