Same here. I can use a VPN software to access the site but not the uPlay client so have no access to my games and I can't redeem any games.

Not one of the tracerts shown so far show a BT problem.

 

All point towards the problem being with cogentco or ubisoft.

I don't doubt cogentco being at fault here from the trace route output but I'm sure that it lies with the ISP to investigate why their customers are being denied access whereas other ISP's customers can?

 

I barely have a big enough voice to raise a fault through to my ISP, let alone a telecomunications and infrastructure provider outside the country.

Looking at my WinMTR results now while connected via my VPN it seems to be cogentco/Ubisoft also looking it it BTs routing to ubi is horrifc compared to via my VPN

Same problem here as well. Haven't done tracert etc. but the issue is exactly the same - cant login to uplay or reach the website.
