Hi @0123456789 Thanks for the update and @DanielS will be back in the office tomorrow and update you then.
Cheers
John
@0123456789, a DLM reset has been performed on your line, hence why your latency has increased. This is because G.INP has been replaced by interleaving. Your speed will increase over the coming days once G.INP re-activates. 🙂
Hi @0123456789,
As @Techwizz has said, you should notice a difference over the next few days. I'm hoping that it will be a positive change. If it isn't, I'll go over everything to work out the cause of the speed. At this moment we know you aren't banded any more and there's no reported congestion.
Thanks
DanielS
There doesn't appear to be any change to the profile you're on so the trip doesn't look to have caused an issue
Hi @0123456789,
I hope you have been keeping well. I'm going to be out of the office over the next couple of days but I will be here over the weekend. When ever you get a chance, can you let me know how it has been performing come Saturday?
Thanks
DanielS
Hi @DanielS
After my connection was reset, it was resyncing every day or so at higher speeds until it hit 36/7 Mbps with a max achievable of 39 at target of 4DB Snr. Then the trend reversed with resyncs lowering the speed down to the current stats shown below, this is the first sync at which the max and actual sync have coincided. So at this point I'm not sure if it'll drop further back to a banded profile or not.
Hi @0123456789
@DanielS is out of the office for the evening but he is back in again tomorrow morning. I'll let him know that you've posted and he'll pick this up then
Cheers,
Robbie
