Having been run round the houses on a fault (through bt.com's website) Fixed not fixed etc, Is there another way i can report a fault to make sure that someone who is clued up to actually do something about it ?
BT admits there is a fault on my line and this would tie in with my latest problems i have while gaming bad ping slow connection etc here is a tracert

Im going to hazzard a guess that the request timed out is local to me (and be part of the fault which BT says there is on my line)
can anyone please point me in the right dirrection to get this fault fixed
thanks in advance
No, the request timed out is from a router configured not to respond to ICMP (ping) requests and is totally normal.
Your tracert doesn't actually show a problem..
Thanks for the reply
ok so i didnt see that coming .. but is there a way i can can configure my hh4 to show this info or is it not able to do so?
thanks in advance
Unfortunately the connection stats are held in the modem so you won't be able to see them. The support desk will be able to though.
You say BT have admitted there is a fault on your line if so what are they saying they'll do about it?
