Better broadband

So i am currently on Gfast fibre since 2020 with EE now out of contract, as of today sitting on 142 Mbps why can any provider including EE offer me anything avove 69 when im clearly at nearly 150,  if i re contract with EE i get downgraded to that 69

Its possible G.Fast is being withdrawn, as its no longer being sold. You will need to wait for full fibre, and that would be down to Openreach.

Have you asked on the EE user forum, as this is the BT Retail forum?

Openreach have issued a "stop sell" for G.Fast as it is concentrating on the FTTP roll out.

If you already have G.Fast you can change to another provider but not online, you must ring up to do so.
