Normally get around 15-16 Megs currently 3.72 down 1.73 up. Have tried resetting modem with out joy. This keeps happening recently. Having real probs with buffering/stuttering video.
Did you get your problems solved the end of last year?

Yes it seemed to resolve itself which suggests it was a problem with BT not my equipment.
This has been happening randomly recently over the past couple of weeks. Runs at what I would expect (up around 15-16Megs) and then slows right down. At one point tonight it was down to less than 2 Megs.
