Big drop in speed yet again

Normally get around 15-16 Megs currently 3.72 down 1.73 up. Have tried resetting modem with out joy. This keeps happening recently. Having real probs with buffering/stuttering video.

Did you get your problems solved the end of last year?

 

If you have hh5 can you go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and post stats

Yes it seemed to resolve itself which suggests it was a problem with BT not my equipment.

 

This has been happening randomly recently over the past couple of weeks. Runs at what I would expect (up around 15-16Megs) and then slows right down. At one point tonight it was down to less than 2 Megs.

In your area, my area and just about every place from Lands end upwards... Openreach trying to fix a Dinosaur that is the BT Retail infrastructure. I almost feel sorry for them TBH, almost.
