I mean, of course, it's going to depend on the individuals and how they approach their work. But most of the time, I hope people go on their general human instinct to drive them to do work that they are proud of. Hopefully, you'll get a good team coming to do yours. I'd have a chat with them about their thoughts and plan before they start hacking at anything.
