Blue light on Smart Hub but can not connect

Had BT for 3 years no problems. All of a sudden today cannot connect on any devise despite them saying I am connected and having a steady blue light on the hub. Have reset it but still no joy. Anyone else having the same?

Re: Blue light on Smart Hub but can not connect

Stats I have
Data rate 13.95Mbps/56.55Mbps
Noise Margin 6dB/6.1dB
Line attenuation 19.8dB
VPI/VCI 0/38

I also notice it’s says BT WiFi not active. Don’t no if you need anything else?
Sorry I’m a bit of a novice at things like this.

Re: Blue light on Smart Hub but can not connect

as hh6 I presume the 5ghz network has a 5 at the end to distinguish from 2.4 or have you not split the channels yet?

Re: Blue light on Smart Hub but can not connect

I’ve heard people talk about splitting but as I’ve never had an issue before saw no point in doing it. Will look into it though if it will stop this happening in the future
