Re: Broadband Availability fiasco

It could be the SASA on the Splitter is full. If that’s the case you’ll need to wait for Openreach to increase Capacity.

Re: Broadband Availability fiasco

I’ve got absolutely nowhere with this.
Openreach engineers were on our road yesterday so I grabbed the chance to have a chat with them.
They have confirmed there is FTTP in our road so distance from the cabinet is **bleep** as FTTP doesnt go via a cabinet.
They were good enough to let me take a photo of the FTTP branch right outside my front door.
So my question to the group is how do I inform Openreach of the existence of this connection ??
