Thank you for taking my call yesterday. I've had a look at the engineer notes and I can see that they completed a "lift and shift". I've ran a few checks this morning and the sync speed has increased to 54 Mbps. I think its best to monitor the connection for a few days. I'll check back with you on Saturday to see how the connection is preforming.
Thank you for taking my call. I've ran a few checks on the connection and its looking pretty good the sync speed has increased to 59.6 Mbps. The Current session has been active for around 5 days with no drop outs which is good to see.

After the frustration of being told there was nothing wrong with the line, it was very pleasant to deal with someone who actuall knows what they are talking about and who has the decency to stick with it until a solution was found.
