Just onto Sales and it looks like the boost has been removed because I recontracted - despite being assured that if I did so nothing would change!
Spoke too soon - they say I should be getting 60+
Back to the faults team I guess!
Long conversation and various tests reveal no faults.
I am listed as being on up to 76mb.
It seems the other 10mb just evaporated, and may or may not come back some day!

PaddyB has now tested my line and it seems there IS a network fault which he has referred to Wholesale, so fingers crossed!
