That filter should be OK.
Event log is not stats. Go Advanced settings/technical log.

Sorry you’ve been having problems with the connection. We haven’t heard from you in a few days. Have you tried connecting with the filter? Has it made and difference? Can you post back and let us know how you’re getting on?
