Thanks David, but I have had several conversations with BT and waited patiently for engineers to arrive some 8 days later and many "rest assured, we will fix the problem" for it not to be fixed, hour long phone calls and broken promises of return calls to let a '..will be in touch soon' to have any meaning. I'm paying for a service that's not fit for purpose and I am trying to resolve it unlike BT!
Thanks for getting back. I can understand how frustrating this is for you but once we pick up the details we'll case manage until resolution. We're very busy at present so it's taking longer than usual to respond but we will get to you as soon as possible.
