Broadband Speed Deteriorating

I have Superfast Fiber 1 Unlimited (50Mb) and until recently have been getting a pretty consistent download speed of around 47Mb. However, ove the past few couple of months the speed has reduced significantly and become much more erratic. I have a SamKnows white box so have all the statistics. Should I report a fault?

This shows the past 6 months. Things seem to have got steadily worse since the beginning of June.

post stats from your hub/router  if hh6 then advanced settings the technical log information

btspeedtster has been giving odd results but you could try it or speedtest.net

This is the last 30 days. The dips are consistently between 8-10pm in the evening and have dropped diown as low as 3.7Mb on 17th August. Its never been this eratic before.

Sounds like either congestion, or someone is running something which is causing intference.

try running btspeedtester diagnostic test with wired connection when you feel download problems happen and also use speedtest.net as btspeedtster can have problems
