Hi, is there an admin/administrator that can help me with a order i placed on 9th March 2020 its current state is pending, I have tried calling but the person on the other end could not get through to connections to sort it out. Tried using the chat box and was told there is an error with my order and they could not sort it.
As you are an existing customer trying to upgrade have you trie the options team to see if that can sort out your order 0800800030
