My broadband and Phone line were due to be activated yesterday neither of them were.
I spoke to the connection team who first informed me it was down to my old provider not releasing my number, this was not the case. I called later to be informed the reason for the delay is because my exchange is being upgraded and my activation will need to be delayed and could possibly be done on Friday. As like many others have said on here I should have stayed with my old provider. I will be without a phone line and broadband until another excuse comes up.
