Broadband connection loss

Having constant speed and connectivity problems since the start my contract, I've had multiple engineers out, a new line and socket installed as well as a new hub. With my speeds still being under the guarantee. 

Need help

What speed where you guaranteed? Bear in mind that you are unlikely to get much above 19Mbs on an ADSL connection.

Welcome and thanks for your post.

No need to worry, I have moved your original thread over to the Fibre Broadband board.  I have removed the most recent thread you created.  It's easier for the Community when everything is on the one thread conversation.
