Hi @JohnC2 , I don’t know if anything was done yesterday. The connection has been off briefly a few times over the last 2 days (but come back on within 2 minutes each time). I guess I won’t be able to say if there has been any improvement until it’s been stable for a week.
Hi @JohnC2 , according to the event log there have been 8 brief disconnections since the cabinet was upgraded (assuming it actually was!). None have lasted more than a couple of minutes, and the only one I actually saw was a ‘yellow light’ interruption. There have been no purple light disconnections. The profile has gone down from 55mb to 49mb in the last couple of days.
I would give it another week before being confident that it’s resolved, as we have had a period of a week with no problems in the past.
Hi @Mjconnolly How has the connection been performing since your last update? Does it look like the fault has been fixed and if so are you happy for me to close your complaint?
Obviously if the fault does come back I'll be happy to reopen the case again.
