Broadband dropping

We’ve only been with BT a few months, so have the newest hub but ever since we started we’ve encountered problems with it dropping out, however light on the hub remains blue? This gets worse when the whole family is at home but fibre should be able to more than cope with it’s load? I have run the speed check etc and these seem fairly ok. Any suggestions please?

if light remains blue then is it the wifi that is dropping and not the actual internet connection

did you try selecting the channels manually rather than auto?
