Broadband failure for 5 days

I complained weeks ago to Nick Lane, MD for customer care, but have had no reply. Does he really exist?

If you've just come here to have a moan then that's OK but as this is primarily a customer to customer help forum then if you wish help you need to give us more info to attempt to help you.

Yes, I'm having a moan! BT offered me £5 compensation for their 5 day failure. And the complaints department, after acknowledging my complaint have ignored me. Yes, I'm indeed having a moan!
