Hi, I have a smart hub that I’ve had for about 1yr now. For the last month or so my broadband keeps dropping out, I’ve had an engineer come round but as the problem is intermittent he didn’t find any faults. It seems strange but every time it drops and I go through the BT website to ‘test landline’ it seems to come back again. Please help someone this is driving me crazy. Thanks.

try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate any internal wiring problems
