I am sick of having to report faults with my broadband or phone line. Having just had my landline repaired now the broadband keeps dropping off. Three times now in three hours. I am getting really fed up with it. I have only just recently had my broadband sorted out with another fault. When will it ever end. I went through the mods last time. I think it was Neil.

Hi @Albany thanks for sending in your details again and I'm so sorry the issues with your broadband have returned. I've picked up a fault as part of my testing and have reported this to BT Wholesale for further investigations. As soon as I have any updates back from them I'll give you a call.
Hi Neil. Thanks for that . I now have an engineer coming out tomorrow morning. It seems every time I pick the phone up and make or receive a call the broadband goes off. It is worse than before . It is just ridiculous and driving me crazy. Anne
@Albany Hi Anne, no problem I'm happy to help. It looks like the drops started again after the land line was repaired in the roadside cabinet on Saturday so I suspect the issues are related. I'm not in the office tomorrow but I'll check the engineers notes on Saturday and get back to you to make sure its working ok.
I appreciate this is a real nuisance and I've added notes for the engineer to ensure they know its a repeat problem.
Hi Neil. All seems well at the moment thanks. Apparently the fault was in the box in the street the engineer said. Hope this is the last time for a long while now. Thanks for your help Anne
Hi @Albany thanks for getting back to me, I'm glad is working again and fingers crossed that's the end of these issues. I can see the land line fault was also located in the cabinet so the recent problems were very likely caused by the same fault.
