Hi I've been having serious issues with my broadband for the last 3 days I get maybe 4mbs when I have broadband most of the time my router is blinking purple then orange turns blue for about 30 seconds then does it all over again. I understand that there may be a fault somewhere but everytime I check it says that there isn't a fault. Im starting to get a little annoyed tbh as the kids can't watch YouTube Netflix or play there roblox. Any help would be appreciated thanks
Do you get a dial tone on your landline? If so dial 17070 option 2. Should be silent and best with corded phone
