My broadband has slowed down to a crawl today. I can barely loaded any pages. Speedtest says it's ~2MB download but it's much worse than that would suggest. Upload speed however still reads at ~30MB so out of curiosity I tested with a VPN and all of a sudden the speed is back to normal. Anyone know any explanation for this?

e: Just ran the BT app. Tried to "run more tests" but it just leads to 404.
