BT Broadband has been so slow for weeks that is when it is working at all!! We keep having to re set everything and it is very annoying, we pay a lot of money every month to BT and for what? A rubbish service that's what, we have tried to get BT to test the Broadband speed but'Sorry we can't test your speed at the moment' and do you know why BT? Because it's that bloody slow!!! How on earth do we get this appalling service sorted out? We are now actively searching for a new provider we have had enough BT.
if you have a hh6 can you post stats - advanced settings then technical log information if hh5 then troubleshooting then helpdesk
check for line noise dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

constantly resetting the router will actually make matters worse by increasing noise margin and reducing connection speed
