Your appointment has been cancelled as a fault has now been found outsideyour home so we will not need a visit.Many thanks for you patience.
Now am i the only one in the world who doesn't get this. Why would you cancel an engineer to sort out a problem if no engineer has been sent to actually check and see what the problem is.
Im beginning to loose the will with this company.
