Broadband speed has been slowing down as of later

I remember last year when my speed were around 28Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload.
Now all I get is around 23Mbps Download and barely above 3 Mbps Upload.
It doesn't seem like a lot, I love with 2 more people, each one of them has their own devices and one of them regularly watches netflix.
I've gone to the DSLchecker website and I should be getting 27.44Mbps Download and 4.64Mbps Upload.
I'm not sure if it's a fault with the cabinet, the cables on the street or just my router, I have 2 routers, I've switched between both of them and speed hasn't changed.
Is there anything I can do to fix this issue or will BT only do anything unless the value goes under the "Minimum speed"?

Re: Broadband speed has been slowing down as of later

Hi, @Megabine many thanks for replying. The sync speed to your Hub is showing it's the download at 25.2Mbps and upload at 4Mbps and there doesn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary that would be causing issues with the speed.

If you could post the results from that check that @imjolly asked for it will help us determine what sort of speed range to expect from your line.

The connection time was only 9mins did you reset the Hub?

Re: Broadband speed has been slowing down as of later

from looking at the information you have posted you are within the expected range of connection speed both down and up and with noise margin down currently at 3db would suggest G.INP is active

your download speed, which is not guaranteed, is at 20mb which after allowing for overheads is consistent with a 25mb connection speed

connection looks as expected

Re: Broadband speed has been slowing down as of later

Hi @Megabine thanks for doing that, I have to agree with @imjolly I'm afraid there doesn't appear to be any scope for improvement, sorry.
